Internet Marketing Specialist

Prager Microsystems, a leading provider of internet marketing and web development solutions is seeking an intelligent, motivated Internet Marketing Specialist for a full-time opportunity to assist our clients in meeting their internet marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Search Management (PPC), as well as strong written and verbal skills. The candidate should be results driven, task oriented, organized, and willing to do whatever it takes to help our clients be successful. The Internet Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing and launching both organic SEO and PPC campaigns for various clients in an array of industries. The candidate must have a strong understanding of both organic and paid search engine marketing strategies and be comfortable working directly with clients in an account management role through e-mail, telephone, and onsite as required.

Responsibilities:

• Direct account management and analytics of SEO and PPC campaigns
• Develop and execute creative ideas for websites to increase lead generation and sales
• Work closely with our graphic design team to implement your vision and take pages live
• Continually plan, implement and analyze conversion and usability tests
• Manage multivariate, A/B and other testing projects from concept creation to result analysis
• Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis
• Optimize various site elements, including site structure, code, link popularity and copy
• Maintain ongoing client activity and performance reports through our client extranet
• Collaborate with management to identify areas of improvement for existing clients
• Ability to quickly and clearly examine algorithmic best practices, opportunities and solutions for client websites
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative small business environment
• Ability to form strong customer relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment are essential
• Stay current with industry best practices and search engine technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of SEO/SEM focused work experience including account management
• Well organized with experience using project management tools
• Self-motivated and passionate about increasing conversion rates
• Strong ability to learn and evaluate new software and technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Energetic with a high attention to detail
• Experienced working in and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with the Getting Things Done (GTD) approach to time/project management

Front-End Developer / Graphic Designer

The front-end developer / graphic designer will be responsible for assisting with the design, production and maintenance of diverse websites for our clients. The candidate should have a very strong foundation in designing and maintaining ultra clean code focused on the needs of the client and end user while working in a highly motivated team environment. The ability to concept, design and code a website from scratch utilizing the latest HTML5 and CSS3 coding techniques is required.

The ideal candidate is passionate about their career and their craft. We are looking for someone extremely motivated, have strong graphic design and HTML skills, follow web design trends and constantly look for ways to improve. The candidate should also possess a high degree of attention to detail, ability to communicate and execute ideas and have strong organization skills.

The ability to concept, design and code a website from scratch on a wide variety of themes is an absolute requirement for this position, as clients range from general corporate to very niche specialty markets. A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia and Web Design, or related field is required.
