This was accomplished through a complete site overhaul and elimination of the inherent "challenges" associated with Crest and BroadSpire/Birdview, as many Sotheby′s offices can likely relate to. Through the development of an entirely new property management system, Prager Microsystems was able to eliminate numerous design and functionality constraints, affording Daniel Ravenel the opportunity to not only display their properly listings in the exact fashion they wished, but also to ensure that each listing was fully accessible and indexed by all search engines, thus generating a wealth of new inbound leads and traffic that did not previously exist.
