PRAGER MICROSYSTEMS, LLC AND PALMETTOSOFT, INC. FINALIZE PARTNERSHIP

PHILADELPHIA, PA, January 3, 2008—Prager Microsystems, LLC, a leader in organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and PalmettoSoft, Inc., a full-service web development firm, announced today a strategic partnership to provide the Prager Microsystems integrated suite of search engine optimization services to PalmettoSoft clients.

The two companies had been engaged in an informal, referral-based partnership since 2006, but M&A talks quickly ensued.
