Front-End Developer / Graphic Designer
The front-end developer / graphic designer will be responsible for assisting with the design, production and maintenance of diverse websites for our clients. The candidate should have a very strong foundation in designing and maintaining ultra clean code focused on the needs of the client and end user while working in a highly motivated team environment. At least three years of professional website design and graphics experience is required with the ability to concept, design and code a website from scratch utilizing the latest HTML5 and CSS3 coding techniques.
The ideal candidate is passionate about their career and their craft. We are looking for someone extremely motivated, have strong graphic design and HTML skills, follow web design trends and constantly look for ways to improve. The candidate should also possess a high degree of attention to detail, ability to communicate and execute ideas and have strong organization skills.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a web developer
- Ability to concept, design and code a website from scratch
- Ability to produce ultra clean, fully semantic HTML code for search engine optimization
- Strong knowledge of design principles, Web standards and usability
- Expertise of table-based and CSS coding
- Comfortable collaborating as part of a team on a project or working independently
- Capacity to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet established project deadlines
- Website portfolio and coding examples required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in handling challenging assignments
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
Favorable Experience:
- HTML5 and CSS3
- JavaScript, jQuery
- Basic PHP programming
- Basic MySQL, phpMyAdmin, and database integration
Skills:
- Adobe Dreamweaver
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
This position is offered as a full-time opportunity working from our office in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, located 20 minutes northwest of Philadelphia. Telecommuter applications will not be considered. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years experience as a web developer while being a cooperative team player comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. The ability to concept, design and code a website from scratch on a wide variety of themes is an absolute requirement for this position, as clients range from general corporate to very niche specialty markets. A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia and Web Design, or related field is required.
