Technical Sales Representative

The Technical Sales Representative is a performance-based position responsible for achieving sales goals with an overwhelming emphasis on our search engine optimization and web design services. Sales responsibilities will include prospecting, making sales presentations, generating proposals, and reporting on pipeline activity.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

• Identifying appropriate prospects and conduct outreach
• Conducting research on client marketing efforts
• Fact finding to understand clients business and how our services can assist
• Create and present proposals
• Providing service after the sale to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
• Secure renewal and identify and follow up on up-sell opportunities
• Managing accurate pipeline reporting information
• Thoroughly prepare each presentation following established techniques

You will also be responsible for meeting all assigned goals and objectives for sales volume, call completion, renewals, and new sales as established, gaining required customer authorization of each contract, participate in all scheduled sales meetings and/or training sessions, follow up within required time limits on all e-mail received, and perform other related duties as assigned.

The most successful candidates will have a detailed work ethic, be highly motivated, well organized, and be able to communicate effectively with a widely diverse group of individual customers. Finally, you must present well both by telephone and in person.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years experience in technical sales while being a cooperative team player comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Special consideration will be given to candidates with a SEM, SEO, or web site design background. All employees are required to sign a non-disclosure and non-competition agreement.

Pay Per Click Marketing Specialist

Prager Microsystems is seeking a Pay Per Click Marketing Specialist to join our team of search engine optimization professionals at our office in Collegeville, PA. In this position you will track, analyze, optimize, and grow Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns containing thousands of keywords for a diverse client base. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results for either advertisers or agency clients. The ideal candidate will also have great project management skills, strong technical credentials, and experience mentoring/training other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our operations team, provide expert advice on strategy and tactics for PPC
• Design, develop, and manage PPC campaigns including campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copywriting and testing, search content integration, related search strategies, landing page testing, and any other core capability required to maximize results, drive volume, and hit targets
• Monitor key metrics and work with appropriate teams/​persons to implement design and content changes to boost conversions
• Optimize keyword selection and spend as necessary throughout campaign lifecycle
• Create and maintain strong relationships with direct clients
• Ability to move quickly and proactively for campaign success
• Stay current on latest PPC strategies and trends, while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency of campaigns

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years successful ​PPC experience is required
• Must have experience managing accounts with Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and Microsoft Advertising.​ Certification as a Google Adwords Professional and Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador is a huge plus
• Proficient with PPC reporting and analytical tools
• Must know how to execute optimal bidding strategies
• Experience with ad copy development
• Outstanding analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision making
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly as well as handle multiple projects

This position is offered as a part time (project-based) opportunity working from our primary office in Collegeville, Pennsylvania with the option for full-time employment based on superior performance. Telecommuter applications are not being considered for this position. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience as a pay per click marketing specialist while being a cooperative team player comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
