Specialist
The search engine optimization specialist will
join our team of seasoned SEO professionals and
be responsible to improve clients ROI through effective
search engine management and optimization. The
person must be multi-task oriented, with an excellent
ability to meet deadlines. A results driven, analytical,
ambitious and organized individual will find a
great opportunity to advance their career in search
engine optimization. This position provides tremendous

be looking to leverage their search engine optimization
experience in an environment that is conducive
for rapid growth.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Skills:

Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword
research, and link analysis
- Optimize various
site elements, including site structure, link
popularity and copywriting
- Maintain ongoing customer reports through our
client extranet which yield qualitative and
quantitative trends for ongoing SEO projects
- Establish and maintain project management
processes to manage multiple SEO projects
at one time
- Work with cross functional departments
to develop and track all details of SEO initiatives
- Collaborate
with management
to identify areas of improvement for existing
clients and act as sales-support as required
- Ability to quickly and clearly examine
algorithmic best practices, opportunities
and solutions that are applicable to a site
property
- Strong communication skills (written and
verbal), interpersonal skills and the ability
to thrive in a collaborative small business environment
- Requires the ability to form strong customer
relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills and
the ability to prioritize and manage projects
in a deadline-driven environment are essential
- Stay current with industry best practices
and search engine technologies
- Expert web
site design/maintenance skills with a focus on
clean HTML code
Software Skill Requirements:
- Macromedia Dreamweaver
- Microsoft Office
This position is offered as a full-time
opportunity working from our primary office in
Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Telecommuter applications
will not be considered. The ideal candidate will
possess a minimum of 3 years experience optimizing
web sites for Google, Yahoo, and MSN while being
a cooperative team player comfortable working in
a small business environment. Excellent web
site design/HTML skills are also required,
as you will be responsible for directly editing
client web sites for SEO initiatives.

Web Site Copywriter
The web site copywriter will work in a charged
environment on everything from real estate to sports
to technology. You must shine conceptually and
write copy that moves people to make decisions.
You’ll create high quality, search engine
friendly copy for customer-facing web pages. You’ll
make friends and collaborate with management, designers
and people from other offices and disciplines.
Traditional experience is preferred, interactive
experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in internal briefings, strategy
sessions and reviews
- Participate in client briefings and presentations
- Participate in strategy development and execute
creative projects from start to finish
- Work closely with search engine optimization
specialists to ensure technical form
- Schedule, write, and publish press releases
designed specifically for search engine optimization
- Manage multiple projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, liberal
arts, humanities or other relevant discipline
- Minimum two (2) years experience as a professional
copywriter or related professional environment
- Strong concepting and compositional skills
- Ability to create outstanding interactive
advertising
- Familiarity with current advertising trends,
and practical knowledge about what’s possible
in the digital realm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take creative direction and willingness
to learn
- Passionate about the web
Software Skill Requirements:
This position is offered as a part-time opportunity
(up to 30 hours per week) either working from our
primary office in Collegeville, Pennsylvania or
from your home. The ideal candidate will possess
a minimum of 3 years experience as a web site copywriter
while being a cooperative team player comfortable
working in a small business environment. A working
knowledge web site design and HTML programming
is an asset, but not a requirement.
